Our highly qualified professionals conduct several tests before the eggs are cracked testing for freshness, color and functional and microbiological qualities.

Shell eggs are loaded on the conveyor without the touch of a single hand.

Shell eggs are perfectly cracked and pass through 1,000 micron filter to further eliminate any shell particles.

Homogenization & Pasteurization

The liquid whole egg, yolk or egg white and other blended egg products are homogenized and pasteurized to ensure that no pathogens are present in the products.

Packaging

Packaging

Pasteurized liquid egg is filled aseptically and packed as per the requirements and dispensed in its corresponding packaging.

Storage

The product is transferred to an Ammonia cooling powered storage rooms and are either kept chilled or frozen for a longer shelf life, after blast freezing.
